Local 92 Training

For training course information, visit Alberta Laborers Training Trust Fund. Local 92 offers dozens of safety training courses and skills training courses, including CSTS (Construction Safety Training System), Basic Skills Training, Construction Craft Labourer Courses, and OSSA (Oil Sands Safety Association) Courses.

Local 92’s mobile training units provide on-site training to remote oil sands job sites as well as First Nations communities. Working in concert with a First Nations liaison, Local 92 actively recruits workers from First Nations communities, which helps to address Alberta’s labour shortage and enables the employment of local residents.
