The BTA Releases Framework for Recovery-Inclusive Workplaces

The BTA’s Building Resiliency has released A Framework for Recovery Inclusive Workplaces.

Building Resiliency is an innovative program designed to support the Building Trades of Alberta’s membership in raising awareness about mental health, wellness, and resiliency in the workplace. Its services are provided at no cost to our BTA affiliate members and their families.

Through this initiative, the BTA has developed a framework to guide the development of recovery-inclusive workplaces in our industry. This comprehensive piece outlines the need for this change, the guidelines for building recovery-inclusive workplaces and their benefits. Read more below.
